Downtown Hotel, Victoria

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfy, although they overlooked a shaft instead of a yard. Despite being on the 3rd floor, I could still hear distant rumbling noises from the Bowling Alley in the basement. The service provided by the hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and they genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring Victoria on foot, being very central and close to the city center and amenities. The dining experience had a great selection to choose from, but there was a weird smell in the reception and the heating sound was too loud at night. The facilities overall were acceptable, though improvements could be made.

The hotel rooms were of a good size, very clean, and well-decorated, but unfortunately overlooking a lightwell in an unattractive block in a semi-peripheral zone near a bus station, gym, and school. The rooms had a stinky smell, which was a downside.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Victoria with easy access to everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a lovely view of the street. The service provided by the staff, especially the receptionist, was exceptional. The dining experience, although constantly restocked, may lack variety for those with specific dietary requirements. Overall, a great value for money stay.

The hotel offers excellent services and very clean rooms at the back of the hotel. It could use some modernization and more breakfast variety. The location is a bargain, especially for business trips, conveniently close to the center of Rabat. However, the breakfast quality could be improved.

I had a great stay at the hotel, with clean and nice rooms and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Despite some distant rumbling noises from the Bowling Alley in the basement, the room was fantastic. The staff, especially Marvic Gauci, went above and beyond to assist us and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. The central location made it easy to explore Gozo, with shops, restaurants, and amenities within walking distance. The dining options were average but sufficient, and the facilities were good. A wonderful experience overall with exceptional service.
